Meet Nicole
Nicole proudly identifies as neurodivergent and understands that conditions like ADHD, often seen as disabilities, bring unique attributes to the table. Her qualities of curiosity, creativity, inventiveness, and humour, all linked to her neurodiversity, are superpowers that she believes enhance collaboration, team building, and the development of innovative solutions.
Nicole’s journey from a chemical disinfection infection prevention expert to an advocate for neurodiversity and educational technology exemplifies her belief in thinking differently and nurturing diversity, equity, and inclusion for all learners. As Nicole continues her quest to educate and inspire, she hopes her story inspires all who seek to make a positive impact in their fields.
Nicole lives in Oakville, Ontario, with her husband James, son Sawyer (born in 2009), cats Shadow and Rosie, and dog Clover.
